📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee project administration activities, including documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce project administration best practices and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and maintain project administration policies and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to project administration staff.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
