📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
- Operate and clean coffee machines and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or fast-food environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
