Public Bank is seeking a visionary Director of Wealth Management to lead and drive the strategic growth of our Wealth Management & Transaction Banking division in Bali. As the Director of Wealth Management in Kuta, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that align with Public Bank's vision. You will work closely with senior management to drive revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the Wealth Management & Transaction Banking division.
• Oversee a team of 20+ professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both internally and externally, to expand the division's market share.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and drive client retention and loyalty.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
• Represent Public Bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company's brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, transaction banking, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of financial products, services, and markets, with a focus on wealth management and transaction banking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
