📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage a team of 20-30 staff, including bartenders, DJs, and event coordinators.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws.
• Monitor and manage the venue's budget, including staffing, inventory, and event expenses.
• Organize and coordinate special events, such as private parties and corporate functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or nightlife industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, such as Toast or Square, and event management software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Understanding of the local market and cultural nuances in Bali is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a vehicle for business purposes.
