📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall building design.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Certifications in LEED, BREEAM, or other relevant green building certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.
