Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.
• Support the IT team in implementing and managing IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of software applications and systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Assist in the development and testing of IT projects and initiatives.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or internship in IT support or a similar role.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL framework and service management.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
