📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage crew schedules and ensure timely crew changes
- Coordinate with shipping lines and crew agencies to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records using SAP and CrewLink
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to crew members and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on crew performance and operational metrics
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new crew members
- Handle crew welfare and emergency procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime logistics or crew management
- Proficient in using SAP and CrewLink
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with English (both written and spoken)
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate
