📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement and training programs
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with managers and employees
• Create and maintain employee development plans
• Organize team-building activities and workshops
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP SuccessFactors
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support the People Development team in achieving its goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on People Development or Employee Engagement
• Proven experience in developing and implementing employee engagement and training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
