You will also utilize Schoology for curriculum management and Canvas for online learning resources. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentor students individually and in small groups to enhance academic performance and personal development.
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans to address each student's unique needs and goals.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with students, parents, and teachers to track academic and personal growth.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and build confidence.
• Create and deliver engaging lessons using Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Utilize Schoology for curriculum management and Canvas for online learning resources.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a teacher, counselor, or similar role in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational psychology and student development.
• Proven ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.
• Proficiency in using educational software such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Schoology, and Canvas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
