📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and stock control.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare supply chain operations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
