📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning schedules and tasks for the residence.
  • Ensure all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage and train a team of housekeepers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Handle and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
  • Assist in organizing and planning special events or guest arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure the residence is stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities.
  • Work closely with the property management to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid work permit for Bali.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury or high-end residential property is a plus.
