The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire vendor onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.,Manage and maintain vendor contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and up-to-date.,Conduct regular audits of vendor activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with finance and legal teams to address any compliance issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor activities and communications.,Provide training and support to internal teams on vendor compliance and onboarding processes.,Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor onboarding and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role, with a focus on vendor management and compliance.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Familiarity with vendor onboarding and compliance processes in a global or international setting is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
