📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and lead a team of Accounts Payable professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of vendor payments.,Oversee the preparation and submission of all vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and the maintenance of accurate financial records.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable process.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of accounts payable, including any potential risks or issues.,Participate in training and development activities for the team, helping to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
