📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly reception.,Answer and direct customer inquiries and calls.,Schedule appointments and manage the receptionist calendar.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proven ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts.
