📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the design team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and gathering feedback.
• Ensuring the design system is scalable and maintainable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
