📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of cashiers, providing training and guidance to ensure high service standards.
  • Oversee daily cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.
  • Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
