📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
