📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.,Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
