Pro Link Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various HR activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, handling employee inquiries, and organizing HR events.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and provide onboarding support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good organizational and time-management skills.
