📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor employees effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
