One Port Lestari is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
