📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide general HR support to the organization.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong administrative skills.
