📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance and leave management.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and databases.,Support the management team in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
