📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Manage and coordinate business development projects from initiation to completion.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations is a plus.
