📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain and update applicant databases,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates
