📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to internal teams as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
