📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all aspects of logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution.,Ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, with a focus on reducing costs and improving service levels.,Managing and supervising a team of logistics and warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of operational goals.,Implementing and maintaining effective inventory control systems and procedures, including stock taking, replenishment, and forecasting.,Working closely with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and address any issues or challenges related to logistics and warehouse operations.,Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and warehouse operations, including the use of technology and automation where appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse management best practices and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
