Depot Yoga Restaurant is looking for a Senior HR Staff to join our team. As a Senior HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline and grievances.,Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and apply them to our organization.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
