Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to generate leads and build relationships.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the freight forwarding sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
