📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the brand.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.
