📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary and secondary healthcare services to employees and their families.
• Administer vaccinations, perform medical check-ups, and manage chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with doctors and specialists for referrals and consultations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Organize and participate in health promotion activities and workshops.
• Assist in emergency medical situations and ensure immediate care is provided.
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure healthcare services meet the needs of the organization.
• Provide on-site first aid and emergency medical care to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (BAN) or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency medical procedures.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
