📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure the safe and proper storage of materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Reach Truck & Counterbalance Operator certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software, such as SAP or WMS.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
