📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the logistics and port industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
